We support offset the carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from the shipments that we deliver.

Offset uses industry models to determine the amount of CO2 that is released into the atmosphere for each shipment, and then we fund an amount per shipment to offset those emissions.

The funds are used to purchase carbon credits, which offset your emissions through deforestation protection projects.

Please note:

Our shipping is done at no extra charge. However, any customs duties or other taxes on foreign imported goods applied to purchases are to be handled by the customer. As a result, you may be invoiced for these fees and charges by your shipping operator.

Please be aware that shipping in peak seasons, such as Christmas, may take longer than usual.

Shipping may be delayed due to issues at customs in your country.

About refunds

We are concerned, above all else, to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, so you are able to request refunds for items if you are dissatisfied with the product.

Requests for refunds must, however, be made within 7 days of the date you receive the product.

Before returning the product, please send us an email (heiwaslipper@gmail.com) detailing the product you wish to return, and the reason for doing so.

All products must be in the same condition as they were when you first received them.

You cannot refund products which you have used.

We are unable to refund the cost of postage. When you return products, please pay any postal costs yourself.

As we stock many unique items, it is difficult for us to provide an identical item. As a result, we are unable to exchange returned items.
