Onze webshop gebruikt geen IOSS. Daardoor kan btw (en een afhandelings-/voorfinancieringskosten van de vervoerder) bij aflevering worden berekend. 📍 Remote Area: DHL kan extra toeslagen rekenen voor afgelegen gebieden. DHL bezorgt niet naar postbussen.

💶 Douane, btw & extra kosten

Bij invoer in NL/EU zijn btw en — afhankelijk van goederencode (HS/TARIC), oorsprong en waardedrempels — mogelijk douanerechten verschuldigd. Wanneer de vervoerder (bv. DHL) btw/ heffingen voorfinanciert, kan een afhandelings- of voorfinancieringsvergoeding worden berekend. Voor uw specifieke situatie: raadpleeg uw lokale DHL-kantoor of Douane NL.

ℹ️ IOSS geldt voor btw-inning ≤ €150. Boven €150 wordt btw/ eventuele rechten doorgaans bij invoer geheven; IOSS is dan niet van toepassing.

📧 DHL On-Demand Delivery (ODD)

DHL stuurt vaak vooraf een e-mail met verschuldigde bedragen. U kunt deze online voldoen (kaart/PayPal) om vertraging bij aflevering te voorkomen.

Wat is "Heiwa Slipper"?

Heiwa Slipper is een Japanse webshop voor Japanse pantoffels – comfortabel binnenschoeisel dat past bij het schoonhouden van vloeren en tatami.

De gewoonte ontstond in de Meiji-periode (1868–1912) om bezoekers gastvrij te ontvangen en vloeren te beschermen. Vandaag maken we pantoffels met aandacht voor kwaliteit, comfort en duurzaamheid.
