💶 Customs, VAT & Additional Fees

Imports into Germany from non-EU countries are subject to import VAT and, depending on the product & trade agreements, possibly customs duty. Carriers may also charge a disbursement/handling fee when they advance taxes on your behalf. The exact amount depends on declared value, tariff code and clearance.
