📦 Verzendinformatie / Shipping Information – HeiwaSlipper

⚠️ Belangrijk voor EU-klanten: extra kosten mogelijk

Onze webshop neemt niet deel aan het IOSS-systeem.(IOSS = Import One-Stop Shop) Dit betekent dat btw (belasting over de toegevoegde waarde) en eventuele afhandelingskosten bij aflevering in rekening kunnen worden gebracht. Wilt u dit vermijden, bestel dan via onze Etsy-shop, waar de BTW tijdens het afrekenen wordt geïnd.

🚚 Verzendkosten & opties

  • DHL Express wereldwijd: vast tarief $18
  • Gratis verzending bij bestellingen boven $85
  • Wij verzenden dagelijks met DHL (behalve op woensdagen, zondagen en Japanse feestdagen)

📍 Remote Area: Indien DHL het afleveradres als “Remote Area” classificeert, kunnen extra verzendkosten van toepassing zijn. DHL bezorgt niet op postbussen (P.O. boxes).

🌱 Wij ondersteunen de compensatie van CO₂-uitstoot voor alle verzonden pakketten.

💶 Douane, BTW & extra kosten

Douanerechten, BTW en eventuele voorschot-/afhandelingskosten van de vervoerder zijn voor rekening van de klant. Binnen de EU kunnen deze kosten bij levering worden toegepast. Neem voor details contact op met uw lokale DHL-kantoor. In zeldzame gevallen kunnen er extra douanekosten van toepassing zijn, afhankelijk van de regelgeving van het bestemmingsland.

📧 DHL On-Demand Delivery (ODD)

DHL stuurt vaak van tevoren een e-mail met de verschuldigde BTW en kosten. U kunt online betalen (bijv. creditcard, PayPal) om vertraging bij aflevering te voorkomen. Track & Trace-updates worden tijdens het transport verstrekt.

Customs duties, import VAT, and any prepayment/handling fees charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility. Within the EU, these may be applied upon delivery; please check with your local DHL office for details. In rare cases, additional customs duties may apply depending on destination regulations.

Wat is “Heiwa Slipper”?

Heiwa Slipper is een Japanse webshop voor handgemaakte Japanse pantoffels (slippers). We delen graag onze wooncultuur: schoenen uit bij de deur, vloeren en tatami schoon houden – en binnenshuis comfortabele pantoffels dragen.

Deze gewoonte ontstond in de Meiji-periode (1868–1912), toen pantoffels een gastvrije oplossing boden om vloeren te beschermen en bezoekers prettig te ontvangen. Vandaag maken wij traditionele Japanse pantoffels met aandacht voor kwaliteit, comfort en duurzaamheid.
